About the panelists:

Courtney Caldwell - ShearShare | Courtney Caldwell is Cofounder & COO of ShearShare. Prior to launching ShearShare with her husband, she spent 20+ years building winning teams in tech marketing for organizations such as Oracle, Zendesk, and RightNow Technologies. Courtney recently received an honorary doctorate degree from Miracle University and is the 33rd African-American female to raise $1 million in venture funding.

Keisha Whaley - Brass Tacks Collective & BT Foundry | Keisha Whaley is the founder and CEO of Brass Tacks Collective and BT Foundry, a hybrid full-service branding and creative experience agency in Dallas. Hailing originally from Oklahoma, she's spent the last 13 years in Dallas, starting as an intern and working her way up to creative direction before starting her companies. She has served on the board of five nonprofits, volunteered for numerous organizations, and established her reputation in the broader community as a skilled problem-solver. She prefers dogs over cats, chocolate over vanilla, and New York over any other place (except maybe Maui).

Hannah Yeargan - Hannah is the Head of Partnerships & Content at Will Reed.  She helps leaders within the startup ecosystem develop their talent infrastructure and build strong, impactful teams.
