You are invited to join us for an important conversation about the impact of structural racism on wage and employment outcomes for workers of color—as detailed in the newly released report, Advancing Workforce Equity in Dallas and Collin Counties: A Blueprint for Action.
Funded by JPMorgan Chase & Co., this report highlights employment, occupation and wage data disaggregated by race and ethnicity. It explores the "social determinants of work"—access to affordable housing, health and healthcare, transportation, and childcare—that help to determine who secures good jobs and how the future of work will impact workers of color.
At this moment of racial reckoning and economic transformation, we hope you can join us to learn about the challenges to entry and advancement in the labor market that workers of color experience and to learn strategies that can promote greater workforce equity for all.
